Position Title: Talent Sourcer Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 3-6 months with possible extension Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. Who we are looking for / Requirements: 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting. Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques. Excellent candidate engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Performance Objectives / What you’ll be doing: Sourcing & Outreach Proactively source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, internal talent pools, market mapping, and professional networks. Execute sourcing strategies aligned with Recruitment Strategy Meetings (RSMs) and aging requisitions. Conduct initial outreach primarily by phone, followed by email, leveraging Kimberly-Clark’s EVP. Process & Compliance Adhere to recruiting processes, data privacy standards, and sourcing best practices. Recruiter Partnership Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize aging requisitions. Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, candidate flow, and market insights. Support during high-volume hiring periods. Pre-Qualification & Pipeline Management Pre-screen candidates to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and interest before recruiter handoff. Maintain accurate candidate records in recruiting systems and talent communities. Build and manage pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including referrals.
