Direct Hire with completive compensation to include bonus potential

Location: Milford, MI with travel to event sites (Travel up to 50 miles from Main Office Required for Events)

Hours:

• Monday / Wednesday/ Friday – 8am-5pm (In office)
• Tuesday/Thursday 12:30-8:30 (Travel to Events) Approx. 65 Evenings per year
• No Weekends

Growing retirement planning and financial services firm seeking an Event Coordinator / Customer Service representative to join their team. This person will primarily be responsible for all details surrounding planning and executing successful weekly, monthly and annual client events along with various office duties.

The ideal candidate:

• Responsible for weekly, monthly and annual client events
• Work with local event venues to ensure event success
• Be enthusiastic, professional, outgoing and personable.
• Have the ability to talk with perspective clients on the phone and in person during dinner seminar events.
• Be self-motivated
• Be able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Have knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Mac Based Office Systems/ CRM – Experience a Plus
• Possess professional and superior customer service skills
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to travel to event sites weekly (local- 50 mile radius of Milford)
