RemX is partnering with a growing logistics and transportation organization seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, supporting client accounts, resolving service issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Location: Irving, TX

Hours: 8-5 or 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday
Position Type: Direct Hire

Pay: 65-70K depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean and air export shipments and related activities for an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Partner with Account Managers to assist with invoicing, billing inquiries, and accounts receivable activities.
• Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to maintain visibility into account status and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze reports, monitor trends, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Communicate company capabilities, services, and solutions to clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and at least four years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, account management, or operations will be considered.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
