JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Mississippi Medical License
• Board: Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics or American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics (within five years of post-graduate training)
• DEA: Active Mississippi DEA Required
• Certifications: Current PALS and NRP Certifications
• Experience: Inpatient management of at least 24 patients within the past 24 months
• Other Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive inpatient pediatric hospitalist services
• Perform daily patient rounds and admissions as assigned
• Manage acute pediatric and neonatal cases
• Provide night call coverage as scheduled
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and hospital staff to ensure continuity of care
