We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Packaging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Package various products considering factors such as product protection and cost effectiveness.

– Build and assemble wooden shipping crates to safely prepare products for shipment.

– Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.

– Cross-check products with order details to ensure accurate fulfillment.

– Monitor packaging processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

– Maintain accurate documentation of packaging specifications and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Proven experience in packaging.

– Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

– Strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position with great benefits, paid time off, and a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-4:30 PM), so your evenings and weekends are yours!
