What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking a Junior Organizational Change Management Consultant to help a federal client stand-up and manage a Procurement Quality Assurance Program (QAP) to enable the agency to:
Improve contracting outcomes and elevate the acquisition experience
Standardize processes, refine polices, and incorporate best practices
Enhance contract quality, including accuracy, compliance, and completeness
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Serve as part of a team to stand-up and help the government effectively manage its QAP
Coordinate inputs with team and support client meetings
Lead and support change management activities; manage workload and tasks and ensure development of high-quality deliverables
Develop change management strategies to achieve QAP goals and objectives, garner key stakeholder buy-in, and promote user adoption
Develop and implement governance, stakeholder engagement, change and communication management, training, and performance management plans
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and manage anticipated resistance
Develop multi-channel communications products to engage a wide array of stakeholders
Create QAP tools, templates, guides, standard operating procedures, contract file review documents, and related artifacts
Develop or refine acquisition policies and QAP business processes
Develop and deliver training to help staff understand and build competencies needed to manage the QAP
Define and measure success metrics and evaluate the performance of change management activities
Collaborate with the Balanced Scorecard team and provide inputs to help gauge the overall health of the client’s procurement line of business
Capture lessons learned and elicit client feedback to promote continuous improvement
Communicate with all levels of the client’s organization and prepare, as well as deliver, engaging and dynamic briefings for senior executives
Ensure compliance with Department and Federal requirements
Develop and maintain a knowledge management repository
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
ONE (1) year of relevant experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives
Experience supporting the design and implementation of change management solutions
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as the Proscar ADKAR Model
Prosci, Change Management Advanced Practitioner, LaMarsh, CCMP, or another accredited change management certification
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to navigate complex business environments and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Experience leading or supporting client-facing meetings and engaging clients at various levels
Experience developing high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Ability to write and edit reports, create briefings for senior executives, and customize content for various audiences
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficient use of the suite of Microsoft Office products
