Job Description Job Description Overview:
Holley Performance Brands is seeking a Director, Transformation Management Office (TMO) to lead the company’s enterprise ERP transformation and establish the operating discipline required to deliver complex, business-led change. This role will serve as the central owner of transformation execution, translating executive priorities into an integrated roadmap, clear governance, disciplined delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
The Director, TMO will lead the ERP transformation across business process, technology, data, change management, and adoption workstreams. The role will provide regular, fact-based updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), escalate risks with recommended actions, and ensure decisions are made at the right level with the right information.
The leader will also have people leadership responsibility for Project Managers and Business Analysts, building the standards, capabilities, and operating model for Holley’s transformation delivery function. Following the ERP transformation, the Director, TMO will lead additional enterprise transformation initiatives, including M&A integration planning and execution, business process harmonization, and post-close value realization.
