About Us:
Bay World Manufacturing is an established, Ohio-based fabricator of high-quality wholesale building materials and custom industrial components. We are seeking a reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary digital point of contact for our wholesale clients, dealers, and project managers.

Job Description:
In this role, you will handle inbound client inquiries regarding custom manufacturing orders, product specifications, and delivery timelines. This is a 100% remote position, but you will work closely with our production facility team in Mansfield, OH to track order completions.

Responsibilities:
– Respond professionally to client inquiries via incoming emails, phone calls, and digital support tickets.
– Process custom order specifications into our internal order tracking system.
– Provide accurate updates to business clients regarding manufacturing lead times and shipping logistics.
– Resolve any client delivery disputes or tracking issues calmly and efficiently.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, order processing, or administrative role.
– Dedicated, quiet home office space with a high-speed, reliable internet connection.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
– Experience or comfort level working within a manufacturing or B2B industrial environment is a plus.
